I'm in the middle of reading this book.

Love Nicholas Sparks.

This will be his 7th book turned into a movie.

I love Amanda Seyfried, but Channing Tatum really should stick to underwear modeling, the boy is kind of a bad actor.

What do you think? Will this be good or lame?

Nicholas Sparks kinda writes the same story over and over.
...Uhm, which I would have no reason knowing except for, you know... having heard that somewhere.

I haven't read this book yet, but I'd like to. I love his stories.

I'm kind of skeptical of movies that are based on his books, though. The only good one was The Notebook. Everything else has been "alright." I guess we'll see if this is any good.

I think it's his build. That being said he's not the greatest actor.
I think the military plot line will hit home with a lot of people right now with the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and people being overseas, away from loved ones. I've only seen the previews for the movie, I haven't read the book but I really want to.

I am really excited for this...I just started the book last night and I am already on part 3. Agree with Channing playing John, but I think he might prove us wrong in this one.

I'm waiting until it comes out on DVD and watching it alone because I predict a bawl-fest. Pretty anxious, I love a good cry-movie.
