That is a great DVD cover. Has anyone noticed that in the movie when he tries to get his music career going he sings "The Touch" by Stan Bush, which is one of the songs from Transformers.

Yeah, I got that.

I prefer Magnolia and Punch-Drunk Love but its still rockin. I'd put it before Hard Eight.

I've yet to see Hard Eight, but right now I'd say...

Magnolia > Boogie Nights > Punch-Drunk Love.

All three are incredible.

A few months ago best buy had a bunch of new line plat movies 17.99 and buy one get one free.

I picked up Boogie Nights and Magnolia for > $20

That's awesome. I got Punch-Drunk Love for ten bucks somewhere.

Best deal, though, was Requiem For A Dream and Pi for about nine bucks.

The only problem with that is you now own Requiem for a Dream. Don't get me wrong, it is one of the best movies I have ever seen but I can't watch it repeatly like every other movie I buy.

Hard Eight has one of the funniest bits of dialogue P.T. has ever written before.

It's still kind of a flat film though. And I might put BN in front of Punch-Drunk too actually.
