Yeah so I'm getting two more tattoos tomorrow which just fucking rules. Anyone have any good tattoo stories to share?

i got my tattoo last year when i was at school in indy. its a crescent moon and 3 little stars in the crescent.
i took of picture of it with my web cam and sent it to my parents so they could see. my dad saw it and became afraid that i had converted to islam (this was a matter of weeks after 9/11). i had no intention of it resembling anything muslim, i had wanted a moon and stars tattoo for a long time. but anyway, he was just real freaked out and he called my brother in new york and asked him about it. i didnt know any of this until i came home one weekend and my stepmother told me. so i had to convince him in person that i had indeed, not converted to islam. hes a funny guy.

and several months later i went to get my belly button pierced. the guy took me back into the piercing room, sat down, and told me to stand in front of him and lift my shirt a little so he could mark where he was gonna pierce. so i did. and then he did this little motion with his fingers and i thought he meant for me to lift my shirt higher, so i did. and he kept doing it so i lifted it a little but more and i was thinking what the hell...and finally he said "no, come closer." he just wanted me to move closer to him. it was kinda embarrassing. and then he was like "i shouldnt have told you to stop"
good thing my roommate was there with me or i would been reeeeeal scared.
