When the news actually broke about the website being fake it was on a the frontpage of the Toronto Sun. Tells you a lot about that paper. haha

The guys who put the site together were on MTV Live (Canada). They work for some media company I think, they used a co-worker's photo with his consent. His friends just told him he wouldn't be able to generate any actual interest with a site so stupid and he thought otherwise, which was the ACTUAL bet that they had going. Sadly they didn't even make any money off of advertising or anything, they actually lost money.
