Gold in Canada is 40K or 50K. It's not that much because their population is a lot smaller than ours.

Yeah, Gold in Canada is only 50k. I mean, that's cool, but don't think it's anything like going Gold in America. One of my favorite artists is several times Platinum in Canada and yet I doubt his sales would be considered Platinum down here.

when boxcar came out, they only pushed like 90 in the first week if i remember correctly. weird.

definitly surpassed my expectations live...

although i think some screws are loose.. he'll always be inspirational in my eyes... and the show was very inspiration to say the least.

i am honestly just really impressed with this album. i'm loving it more and more. although i did listen to blink's untitled album today and it was very bittersweet. :( but i do believe the future will hold wonderful things for anything any of those dudes choose to do.

Maybe there's an exchange rate on CD sales too. Like 500,000 copies in Canada calculates to 237,083 here. Either that or they just haven't figured out how to download leaks.

Its calculated in ratio to the countries population. 5% of the countries population is equvilant to gold, and 10% is equvilant to platinum.
