Would you rather go the rest of your life without sports or music? Meaning no watching, reading or listening to sports game. The same regulations would apply for music. Feel free to explain your reasonings.

thats like asking if you'd rather live without water or air.
you need both.

wow, does that include playing sports as well?I was only thinking about the whole watching and listening part..... But i guess you can extend that to playing music and playing sports if you wanted to. At first it seems like a really easy question for me but the more I think about it, the tougher of a question it is. Music is great because it can help you through a lot of problems but it doesnt have the up and downs like watching your favorite sport teams, if that makes sense

well yeah, then i don't know. I would rather give up watching and listening to sports over music but if playing sports is included in there then I have no idea. i think mikeford put it best, you need both of them.

I was going to say I'd go without sports, but the playing them part would kill me. I don't go very long without playing hockey, street hockey, basketball, even baseball, I don't know if you consider biking a sport.. but there's no way I could sit around and be a fat shit listening to music.

also, checkers is not a substitute for in-n-out, nothing is. in-n-out cant be touched.

nope. i wouldn't go to vegas unless i was 21 or older. so i could lose all my money at the casinos. but then again, i'd just go like 2 hours from me here and go to the casino.

I refuse to chose, but if you think about it, sports you can't really keep in the back of your mind because you usually need more to stay entertained. does that make sense? still, i refuse to chose.

that's the toughest choice i've ever made, but i went with music because i love sports way too much to give it up. my favorite channel is espn and what else would i watch?

This was a difficult choice but I picked sports. I am ok at drums, but i am awful at all sports, which is what made me come to my decision.

The best is if you wait till youre really hungry, get a 4x4 (4 meat, 4 cheese) or higher, with fries and a drink. faaaantastic.

i'm going to California this summer, and I'm not thinking about the beach or the sun, but my return to In and Out. the place is that damn good. A good place on the East Coast is Five Guys.

Sport.
Easily.
You know there's always gonna be hundreds of bands that you haven'y even heard yet that you will love.

I think I would get rid of sports. When I think about it, I listen to music everyday and I basically find new music every single week. With sports, I really only love it when the NFL, college football, and college basketball season starts which is in the late summer/fall. I don't care too much about the NBA or MLB at all right now. Summer is the worst because it's all MLB. I could also deal without playing any sports, mostly because I suck at them. I do love playing sports, though.
But music....I can't live without it. I need it.

i'm obsessed with both, i base so much time around either one, but i absolutely need sports

05/29/06, 03:29 PM
This seams like an easy choice for me, I could go without watching sports pretty easily, but when you take away the ability to play sports, that pretty much makes it impossible. Doing track in collge takes up so much time that I don't think I would be able to fill that with anything else. If I tried to use music I would probably go deaf.
