Which one of these 4 comedies is your favorite? These are my favorite comedies on TV nowadays. (I would've added Entourage, although I don't view Entourage as 100% comedy like I do these other 4)

I kind of agree with this. I love Curb to death, but I still can't put it on the same level as Seinfeld. Seinfeld is on an entirely different level than any of these other shows.
Sunny is the funniest. Scrubs is my favourite show of all time though.
The office is the only one I find funny :shrug:
the office is the best.
i checked out it's always sunny in philadelphia because so many of my friends love it, and it's like... dude-bro humor. it's not that funny. most the jokes are just there to offend... it's like a live-action family guy, minus FG's randomness...

Been done like 500,000 times before.
I went with The Office. Scrubs is up there for me, though. I never got into Always Sunny...but I've heard good things. The previews just never made me want to watch.

the office is a show i just recently picked up on, and i love it so far. as someone earlier in the thread stated, all i get out of sunny is dude-bro humor. it doesn't feel as well crafted as the other shows.

The Office is great, I just don't find it as funny as AD and it declines in the later seasons. I don't really know what dude-bro humor is. It's fine if it's not your thing though, but no other show makes me laugh as much as Sunny.
dude-bro humor is like dane cook. not exactly like him, but the same kind of crappiness of his jokes, and the fact that they thrive off of, for the most part, people who don't find intelligent humor funny.

Haha respectable opinion I suppose. The Office isn't for everyone, although I will suggest you trying to really get into it sometime. I wasn't all that big into it the first time I saw it, but it really grew on me and turned into one of the funniest shows I've ever seen.

i HAVE given it plenty of chances! i guess awkward humor is just not my kinda thing. although i loved a few episodes.. like the one after the superbowl this year, and the one with the racist game where they hold up index cards on their forehead. hahaha sooo funny.

If you put Arrested Development instead of Curb, I would've needed an All The Above option. I picked Scrubs cause I'm biased. It's my second favorite show ever. The Office and Sunny are right there though. It really is a hard pick though.

I don't understand how people find Curb funny. I gave it a chance and thought it was astonishingly boring. Larry David is a tool. Could be that I also hated Seinfeld aswell, since it's the same guy.

Alright, I get that. But since you are saying that it's not as smart or witty, and you essentially said that it's about as funny as Scrubs, I have to disagree with that. I think Scrubs is far more wittier and abit smarter than That 70s Show. Plus if we were going for wit on this poll, Arrested Development should most definitely be on here. Sunny, while amazingly funny, I love the show to no end, doesn't have as much smart humor as the others in this poll. It's witty as hell and it's always funny to laugh at how stupid Charlie and Mac are, or how they always screw Dee over in someway. But I don't think it's as smart as Arrested or The Office.

I get what you're saying. And totally agree, everyone's got their own ideas of what's funny. My friend, loves Ace Ventura. He's seen When Nature Calls like a good 30 times. First time I saw it, amazing. Second time, not so much. Third time, I was tired of it. Personally, I think Scrubs is better than That 70s Show. But that's probably because I'm biased. I absolutely adore the show. I love The Office and if Scrubs wasn't an option, I would've voted for it. But I started watching Scrubs, and then I started watching all the other shows. Before it was stuff like Roswell, Rescue Me, lots of Sci-Fi shows. Stuff like that. Granted I still watch Rescue Me (I think it's hysterical), Scrubs got me into better tv. Hence why I'm biased and why I'll always vote for the show.

haha just yesterday I was complaining that I tried watching sunny so many times, but those 2 guys call each other dude & bro so often it angers up the blood. plus the show comes across more like a live-action cartoon.

None of that shows that Scrubs is funnier, I can watch scrubs over and over without getting tired, I've seen every episode multiple times, I've rewatched it more than any other show, it's my favourite show of all time. I still think it's the least funny of these four.

It's Always Sunny, Scrubs, and The Office are 3 of my all time favorite shows (I actually have a lot of those. haha) so this was tough. But I went with Always Sunny because it always makes me laugh. The Office can be a bit inconsistent and Scrubs makes me tear up a lot. Hahah

I would have voted for the Office for favorite show, but it is not the funniest- not since season 4. Curb Your Enthusiasm is the funniest. It's Always Sunny is too inconsistent, and Scrubs doesn't even belong on the list.

It's weird... I actually liked Seinfeld and can't stand Curb. It feels like a washed up poor man's seinfeld. I think there's a reason Larry David was just the writer rather than writer/star when it came to seinfeld (obviously it wouldn't have retained the name...).
This was probably the hardest poll I've answered in a long time as I love the other three. I think that Always Sunny is probably the funniest, but the storylines are both more engaging in the other series. The office fell off a bit in the last couple of seasons.
