It's hard to believe Brand New, The Starting Line, future members of Armor For Sleep & Steel Train were all once included on the same bill, but back in the summer of 2001 at the now defunct M + M Hall in Old Bridge, NJ that was exactly the case.

I'd usually post this in show reviews forum, but figured this nostalgia post might interest many of you...

It's a good feeling growing up with bands and knowing them before they're famous.

Ahh man thats awesome. I saw socratic and post break tragedy at m&m hall back in the day. I miss all those old venues like club krome, hamilton st cafe, birch hill and bloomfield ave cafe. I went to socratics cd release show for its getting late and remember TEN playing when ace had a fro. Those were the days...

My friend had the amazing opportunity to see Brand New + Taking Back Sunday open for Alkaline Trio back in 2000-2001 in a small church in Garden City, Long Island. Nobody knew who BN was.
