its funny because Dawn of the Dead and Night Of The Living Dead are two of the greatest movies ever made.......but beyond those two most of his other movies have kind of sucked.
Land of the Dead proves that too much money can kill a movie.


Most directors are lucky to have one good movie, Romero has two great ones.......so he's still a step above most in the business.

I didnt have high expections for this movie. I went and saw it blind to reviews and loved it.

Isn't it though. This movie was absolutely horrible and I hated it with a passion. It was really insulting to anyone that liked his other movies.

It was just such a bomb. I'm a huge proponent of the original Dawn of the Dead, but it is a damn shame. I don't know who else to hold it against, because it was a god awful movie. He was the director and purely creative force behind it. It lends credence to my belief that he was at fault for it.

You make it seem as though "Land" detracts credit from his trilogy, which would indeed be idiotic.

I liked it for what it was. Bad acting, good but overextended plot and A- gore. By the way, "Imprint" sucked balls.

dont go in expecting Citizen Kane. it's a zombie movie. i enjoyed it
