Is she a good actress? I saw her in Da Vinci Code yesterday and thought she was awful. But I thought everyone loved her in Amelie ( which I have not seen), so I was kind of confused.

A lot of times Tom Hanks would be talking with her seriously and he would finish a sentence and I would lean to my friend and say "Now show me your titties."

It was lame, I know, but it made me laugh.

im pretty open minded but i would just be fooling myself to think she was good in Da Vinci Code. her accent really clouded her ability to get into the movie. she was flat(much like the movie itself) and it wasn't surprising that her better moments came when she didn't say anything at all...

....however she is still one of my favorite actresses. Her French films are fantastic. Amelie was just incredible. i also enjoyed A Very Long Engagement. she is enchanting when speaking her native language

I haven't seen Da Vinci Code yet. I really don't like movies that much, and I doubt that this will be an exception... but I'll probably go see it in the dollar theater whenever they get it there.
