I'm looking for some really good heartfelt punk rock bands. I'm not looking for bands that give a definition of an early thought up ideal of punk (stuff like Dead Kennedys, Iggy, Ramones, and anything Oi), I've heard it all. Also nothing that is generally viewed as emo.
I'm looking for bands in relation to the sounds of Leatherface, Against Me, American Steel, The Lawrence Arms, Leftover Crack/Star Fucking Hipsters, Dillinger Four..etc. Stuff that touches down in an emotional sense.
Recommendations are appreciated. Also, it would be nice if you could throw in what you think is the best work of the bands you suggest.

I would recommend Strung Out, and I would start with Suburban Teenage Wasteland Blues and work your way up, because they're all great records.

rehasher, they just came out with a new album, they have 2 full lengths, and play great, aggressive, fast punk rock

I know it´s not punk, but Comeback Kid is pretty good. Hardcore with a twist of punk.... I think.
