Check out "'I Will Be True'" and "Fading Lights Are Fading" by Set Fire To Flames. Essentially they are the same song but with a different instrumentation on each track. So, so good. A bit short, but seriously, gorgeous sounding.

Also, check out "Neanderthal," "My Insect Life" and "Yellowcake" by Kaki King.
You won't regret it.
