i got swimmers ear every time i swim in a lake if i didnt clean out my ears. my doctor told me to put rubbing alcohol in my ears because its heavier than water, and then tip your head over and let it run out, and it pushes all the water out of your ears after swimming. since i have done that i havnet gotten swimmers ear again.

thats exactly what you don't want to do. swimmers ear sucks, the only thing you can do is just NOT TOUCH YOUR EAR.

What, not using Q-Tips or using them incorrrectly?
im supposed to wait for my ear drum to "rupture" and then the pain will apparently subside and hopefully i'll be able to hear in that ear again.
sometimes when i stick the q tips in i put them in to far, thats all i can think of. i like it when things go deep in me...

shit dude, swimmers ear sucks. ive been swimming hardcore since i was 8, i get it all the time. you just have to wait for it to rupture on its own, it feels alot better once it does that. it usually ruptures in your sleep. and yeah, your hearing comes right back.
try not to shove the freaking q-tip in there though, its so bad for your ears.
