I don't get that; couldn't you just make a plug-in identical like Last.FM's and just make it work with VLC, smplayer, Windows Media Player, etc. instead?

If it connected to VLC, in addition to my Blu-ray player and MAYBE even XBOX 360, I'd even pay for it. That would rule man.

Just signed up, definitely stilll has some kinks to work out. It connects to Netflix, but it doesn't really do much aside from being able to add to your queue.
