I just got back from Gatsbys American Dream, Horse The Band, Forgive Durden, and Portugal The Man show in Milwuakee last night and it was friggin awsome. If the stampeding machines tour is coming through your town i definitely recommend going. I like portugal's album but live they were a dissapointment. Horse The Band rocked the friggin building down and Forgive Durden is destine for greatness. Gatsbys American Dream is just a bonus to a great lineup.

The Audition's playing with Forgive Durden in Philly in August, the lead singer recommended them, I've never heard them, are they worth a listen?

All I ment by "bonus" was that the show was good without them. Having them there was like icing on the cake. Get it? And have you seen Horse in concert? I wasn't very impressed by their album but they had a powerful stage presence and they got the crowd into them. I like them now.

Actually yess, I have seen Horse on this very tour and they were by far the worst band that I had ever seen live. They were drunk out of their minds and did nothing but talk about the dumbest shit.

Saw this tour last night in Buffalo. Horse didn't play, and some local band played instead. Forgive Durden was amazing, and they capped it all off with a great percussion ensemble at the end. I never really got into Portugal, but they put on one hell of a show, and Nic from Gatsbys went on stage to sing a song with them. Gatsbys absolutely blew me away. I saw them about a year ago, with only one guitar, and having the second guitar now really adds a lot. They played a lot of songs from Volcano, suprisingly a lot from Ribbons and Sugar, one from the EP, one from Why We Fight(it was a fan reqeust), and two new songs, which sounded awesome. The highlight of seeing them was Rudy. He is one of the most underrated drummers out there, and he is incredible live.
