Prosthetic Records has announced the addition of Montreal, Canada's Beneath The Massacre to the label's roster. According to the label, the group "[combines] a heavy-handed technical death metal prowess, skillful guitar shredding, and a devastating and grinding guttural vocal delivery," Beneath The Massacre will release its Prosthetic debut in the fall of 2006. "We're excited and can't wait to start working with people at Prosthetic Records," the band says. “The new partnership and the release of a new album means a lot to us."

The forthcoming record will be the band's full-length debut and the follow-up to 2005's five-track debut EP, Evidence of Inequity. Tracking for the band's new album has already begun with producer Yannick St-Amand (Despised Icon, Ion Dissonance) at Yan's Room Studio, and is set to consist of ten tracks. Mixing will be handled by Pierre Rémillard (Cryptosy) at Wild Studio and mastering will be completed by Alan Douches.
