it just seems like the guys thought that if they played as fast/random/crazy as possible, then it would come out good. the perfect example is swim to the moon. there is no reason that song should be that long. the majority of it is just them cramming as many weird instruments, time signatures, and crazy fast guitar/drum playing in as possible.

it just doesn't flow very well, especially after hearing colors again.

idk, it was just a disappointment for me.

Disease, Injury, Madness is my favorite. The slower second section is pure BTBAM magic.
I really like the album, but I agree with the poster above about Swim to the Moon. Has some great parts in it, but it never really comes together.

solid album.. not there best but, solid. Fossil is my favorite for sure.. heavy circus music ftw
