I guess I'm not really sure how to word what I'm looking for. These are the bands I listen to all day:
The Wonder Years
Set Your Goals
Fireworks
Say Anything(I know it's a little out of place but I'd also like some quirky pop like this)
This Time Next Year
Four Year Strong
A Loss for Words

Stuff like that. Pop-punk that's not too sugary. I'm not into Every Avenue or The Maine, and I'm quickly growing out of All Time Low and stuff of that nature. Basically I realized that SA's s/t was my only anticipated record for like the next 6 months and that made me realize I need to find new stuff. Thanks in advance.

Polar Bear Club (you won't get way into them for like 3 months, then you'll love it)
Latterman

ps, the way to describe it is pop punk, not pop rock

big difference

Bangarang! (like the wonder years but better imo. you can download their ep for free off their myspace)

Transit - the next big thing after polar bear club. they have a real "tell all your friends" kind of vibe.

Secret Lives of the Freemasons - ignore that they were on victory. check them out. you'll dig it.

and the stuff the guy above me recommended is good too.

That's good seeming how I didn't say pop rock once in the entire post haha.

Some great punk bands who were the IT bands in the scene in my high school days are great options as far as having very catchy pop elements and solid, mature lyrics... ie. The Bouncing Souls, Bad Religion, MxPx... not really in the vein of the bands on your lis tthat I know, but still fitting into the mold of pop-punk with mature lyrics. Bad Religion's "Sorrow" is one of the best songs I've ever heard in this mold, still to this day.

The only band I listen to on your list is SA, so I am not too much of a wealth of help here, but if you never got into Bad Religion or Social Distortion before and like punk rock with great lyrics, you need to give them both a listen.

found a new band today, Kid Liberty, was very impressed with their EP, sounds very fresh from the usual Pop Punk nowadays
