greatest band of all-time. and the fact that they're the cockiest band around doesn't hurt either. The one dudes' drinking a beer while the other plays an amazing solo. what a bunch of assholes. i'm dissapointed the drummer didn't get more attention in that vid though, he's equally as talented. fastest feet around, i'm tell in you, the double-bass just never stops on either of the CD's with him playing.

Ill admit it...there is only so much homoerotic crotch pounding music i can stomach per day...but you simply cant fault the band, as both technically proficient muscians and as songwriters.

Yes they play fast, but its not an entire song of merely fast guitar parts, the vocals and the drums both stand up well on their own, and the solos are in context rather than spot light grabbing.

As for the skill, if my guitar playing was one tenth as good as theirs I can honestly say id consider myself greatly talented.

dude wow some people are the biggest tools. dude this band is so good. i'm not a big fan of power metal but these guys make it enjoyable and yes the guitar work is amazing! its fun to listen to because of it. yeah it maybe nothing some of you havent seen before but see these guys live then talk shit. its like watching Btbam. its amazing to see these people with the ability to play a guitar like that in which not only keeps you interested in listening it but also fun to watch to see these dudes play it live.

I just recently got into DragonForce and I love them. Everyone get's too wrapped up in this elitest crap, just accept DF for what they are, killer shreding with ridiculously hysterical lyrics. I don't listen to these guys all the time, but every once in awhile I bust out four or five tracks and just go nuts. So GOOD!

All I can say is that the guitar players in this band are the idols of one of the guitar players in the band I manage and rightly so. They guys are freaking rediculous. You can ONLY play this good with a lot of practice, extreme talent and a gift of this.:O I will be at their next US show guaranteed. They are fantastic. I should have gone to the NYC show.
