after the last time MySpace streamed an album - thursday's - i refuse to listen to it. because Thursday's sounded like ass, so then i got it on iTunes, and it sounded a million times better and i liked it more than when i streamed it.

bad album (its just not dancy)
bad streaming (thursdays streaming WAS terrible)

Agreed, Decadance is one of my favorite albums...they had some really good demos before graduation day. I dunno if anyone heard "hard as mud" it was fuckin' shnazzy, but now its Popaganda. 2 or three tracks are okay, I was very disapointed though.

its a boring slower paced diluted pop album when it could be a summer defining energetic dance album. it wouldn't be so bad if i didn't expect songs like beating heart baby and at the speed of a yellow bullet (i think those are right)

i saw a clip of that "graduation day" video or whatever on MTV. i didn't really recognize it was head automatica. the only thing that gave it away was daryl's voice. it sounded a lot different from the old cd. i didn't like it much. oh well..i should stream it, maybe it will give it more justice.

and i don't know why employees/stores are putting it out earlier. i guess they aren't paying attention to release dates. usually they set things up monday night before closing.

eh ive said it before. this is disappointing. daryl really pulled through on some songs (see: cannibal girl, k horse, shot in the back) and really really sold himself short with shit like graduation day, lying through your teeth, and shes not it. its a hit or miss cd. 1/2 really good, 1/2 complete shit.
