my friend wanted me to put this on here. i am not sure if he wrote it or not. i am pretty sure he did.
Watched you slide on flowerbed,
Suddenly we're sinking,
Into dreams we've never said,
Or even knew were thinking.
All good things will manifest,
Crash into each other,
All good things a boy loves best,
His good gal and his mother.
But only words quite like these,
Could bring your heart to jumping,
So I'll just write as you please,
I can always think of something.
Perhaps your eyes look deep within,
They are always searching,
Maybe your sun touched ancient skin,
Or your heart that's always hurting.
Maybe your fingers' gentle touch,
When they move on many mirrors,
Maybe the things you love so much,
Or the things that bring you tears.
But I think it's best to use my pen,
To write for many pages,
How It's a shame so many men,
Are like mockingbirds in cages.
But am I free? Or too condemned?
When your love brings me sorrow?
Will you love or be my friend,
When we wake again tomorrow?
Watched you slide on flowerbed,
Suddenly we're sinking,
Into dreams we've never said,
Or even knew were thinking.
All good things will manifest,
Crash into each other,
All good things a boy loves best,
His good gal and his mother.
