Green Day has never really been that great, yes they have a good fanbase, because they are a trend band.

If you look at the times their other albums came out, not at them now, They WERE following the trends back then.

I guess my whole point is, get over green day, they always have followed the trends and always will. And they were never really that great, good, but not great.

the Emo thing is taken out of context. There is this punk band called the Buzzcocks and the desendents and the sing songs about love. Just letting you know were all emo and time you hear a song and say "I know what that guy is feeling" your feeling an EMOtion Get it.
