Breathe too deep,
it's the burn in your lungs.
That's what you get,
for making those mistakes.
Back and forth between,
the reasons why and why not.
I know I'm not stupid,
I just make the wrong decisions.

And it's just not me,
to do these things.
This holiday from real,
wasn't what I needed.
But for the while,
here's to the grey skies.

Spin too fast,
it's the buzz on your mind.
This blurry mess,
is just another mistake.
The pendulum effect,
of wrong and right.
Never left me so confused.
I don't know what I'm doing anymore.

And it's just not me,
to do these things.
This holiday from real,
wasn't what I needed.
But for the while,
here's to the grey skies.

This dizzy dance,
with smoke in the lungs,
really isn't worth the trouble.
The daze of my mind,
matches the numb in my throat.
I can't live like this,
this just isn't me.

It's never been me,
to do the things I'm doing.
This holiday from real,
just wasn't worth it.
Just for the while,
I'll wish the grey skies away.
I know this isn't me,
but I can still taste it

I know, I was hesistant about writing it but it's the way one of my friend's once put it to me. I don't do it like Andrew does it, but I decided to keep the phrase anyway.
