Try the link (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,85256,00.html ) now. It links Iraq to Al Queda. So that makes proof about chemical weapons (here (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,85273,00.html ) )and terrorism in one day. But the was was about oil, right?

PS. 600th post!
before i can have a reaction to this, i would need more info about it

What do you means more info? It's all right there.
we dont have any info that relates saddam to 9/11, all we know is that there were meetings
evil zach
04/27/03, 02:26 PM
The documents don't mention any meeting between bin Laden and Iraqi officials.

Wow. I like how the article actually contradicts the headline. Oh, Fox News. So openly biased, as though it were the Al Jazeer of the American world. Anyway, Fox News has no credibility. But for the record I refuse to listen to NPR, because it is also extremely biased.

i remember just after 9/11 that there was a report that Atta, one of the high jackers, met with an Iraqi intelligence officer in either Germany or hungary, i dont' quite remember, a few months before the attack, but i've never heard mention of it during this whole talk about the war. does anyone else remember that?
also, i didn't read the article yet, so if it is about what i mentioned above, just ignore me.

I also mentioned that I dont listen to NPR, which most liberals tout as the only legitimate news radio. Openly biased media is joke, no matter what side of the political spectrum.

so you have to deal with biased news. its impossible not too. and dont give me this "i know of a non-biased news sourse" because there is no such thing. you have to decide what you trust and look around for good news coverage that is as fair as possible. fox news, yes is biased, but seems to have all of its facts straight

dude, thats from fox news. fox news is the most propagandist bullshit i've ever seen in my life. Osama bin laden called Saddam an infidel and has also made statements against his regime. Not a very friendly relationship there. I barely believe anything i see on the news about the war, theres a lot of filtering going on there. I have yet to see the civilian death toll on the news. I wonder why.

we've been over the value of fox news and others as sources of information. you're new here, but try and keep up.

Saddam ran a secular government.
Al Queada is a fundamentalist Islamic group.
It would only be logical that Al Queada would hate Saddam. I had never actually heard that they had mentioned each other before.

Very true. And i do believe that is the (not unsound) logic that the US govt is working on. I could see a secular saddam employing al queada, but not a fundamentalist al queada doing saddams bidding.

yeah, definatly. i mean, if saddam was like, "osama, i got this nuclear weapon i'm trying to get rid of, you interested?" i'm sure osama wouldn't get all rightous and refuse any help from an "infidel". but that doesn't mean they are best buddies.

opposing sides are known to join sides in times of conflict. USSR and allies in wwII, the Indians and the Confederates in the civil war, french and the Americans in the Revolutionary war, ect.
So there is a chance, a big one, that saddum and bin could have formed an alliance for there common goals.

I heard a couple weeks ago they held a pro war rally at the site of the world trade center saying this war started on september 11th.. I dont know how stupid they think people are.. oh and by the way, just wondering, do pro war protestors get arrested, or just the anti-war people?

The only people that get arested are those that break the LAW, this just normally tends to be anti-bush.........oh i mean anti-war people, because there not really for there cause, but more out to have FUN, and it gives them an excuse to destroy public and private property, which inturn means they NEED to be put in jail.

Again there are exceptions to every point, and just because it wasn't reported, by our liberal medias, that he wasn't doing any thing you cna not know that for sure, how do you know he didn't insult the police or spit on them? (those our just examples as to why he might of gotten arrested out side of wearing the shirt.)
