Shaun, even though I love the type of movies Hot Fuzz parodies way more than zombie movies.

For me, Hot Fuzz.
I was a fan of hot fuzz, but the editing could take away from it sometimes (with the super quick cuts).

Hands down though, Shaun of the Dead was just brilliant in every way.
