And why?
Just thought I would throw Evening Out With Your Girlfriend in there.
TTTYG, because it's my favorite album musically. I love every album except EOWYG though.

oh yeah, i'm the only one who voted for evening out. cool kid here.
i only listened to it once, but i clearly remember liking it just a tad bit more than tttyg, which was my favorite before then.
i voted Evening Out With Your Girlfriend too, i like them all, but that reminds me of the good old days in my life

from under. I like all of their albums (not including evening out), but cork tree trully fleshed out the fall out boy "sound." it was the first album with the pete lyrics/patrick written music.

I voted FUCT. TTYG is good, but I've never really been able to get into the more punk pop-punk, like New Found Glory or Say It Like You Mean It or old Blink. I think FUCT is where they really pulled everything off perfectly for their best sound and best songs. I think they guy above me said it right, they fully fleshed out their sound on that album. It has everything you could want out of an album of its genre. Pretty close to perfect in my eyes.

I like Take This To Your Grave, followed by Cork Tree, FAD, Infinity, and Evening. I actually hate Evening. I don't even have it anymore.

FaD for sure over here. it's such an intense record, where every second leaves me wanting to hear the next. all of the songs have enough going on, without being busy and scattered, that i fell in love at first listen and it has only grown on me since. i like all their LPs, but their most recent venture blows me away the most.

I was going to choose TTTYG, because I love it still, but I also love the growth and change I've seen from then to now - and appreciate their improved musician ship. And I'm a huge Patrick fan, so, anything he does is golden to me! Ooops - so I chose FaD!

As you said, it is a great album. Definitely one of the best (in my opinion the best) pop punk albums ever. Then there's the personal connection with that album. Almost everyone at one point in their lives can relate to Take This To Your Grave.

Take This to Your Grave. From Under the Cork Tree is relatively close second, then Infinity on High farther behind, and you can see where this is going. After FUTCT, they got way too showy.

I LOVE Infinity On High. That one just seems to stick with me so much more than the rest, and I'm unsure why.

I voted for TTTYG only because "My Heart Will Always Be The B-Side To My Tongue" acoustic EP wasn't an option.
I loved that one.

Mine's in descending order from TTTYG to FaD. Evening Out is probably my least favorite. I don't dislike it though.

I picked Infinity, mainly because it sounds like an actual rock record, and lyrically, it's still Pete and it has some good lines. All of the records have fit my life at one point or another, kind of like how they've grown. If you would have handed me Infinity a year ago I would have been like, "Ehh." It depends on whether you like Fall Out Boy and where you are in your life.

Folie a Deux. I havent heard anything from TTYG but Grand Theft, maybe I should, its so popular. I feel left out.

Definitely. I mean, first off, it's their official debut album and they close the show with the songs from that album.
And for an added bonus, Pete does more screaming on it.

FAD.
Then probably TTTYG, IOH, FUTCT, EOWYG, in that order.

Folie. Such a perfectly crafted record, and I really feel like it showcases what the band is really all about.
From there, probably IOH, FUCT, TTTYG, and Evening. I really love them all but Evening, though, which I think is just okay.

I'm pretty sure you and I had this conversation before haha. I have respect for them I just can't get into anything they do. I've listened to the new record. It's not horrible, but it just seems overproduced and reaching. Stump definitely has some pipes though that is one thing I enjoy about them.

Well fuckadoodledoo. No, seriously, that's crazy. I just have mad love for that album, and I try to defend it. BUT, you have given it a chance, and you back up your points. I'm a-okay with you not liking it, haha.

Not pop, more of pop-rock. Patrick has an incredible voice though. His falsettos are insane.

But..."pop rock" is still "pop." Don't get so hung-up on subgenres.
