For the Trocadero setlist you are missing the song "Off The Wagon" which I believe they did after Overdue and they played "Martry Me" off Guilt Show
You are missing Dont Hate Me in the TLA encore and the ??? from both shows are the song Keith Case

I just realized that as well, it was played right after Beer for Breakfast. Thank you. And isn't Keith Case the new song with the bass lead?

I wasn't sure, but thank you very much.

Thanks for posting these. I think dweso's right about the ??? being Keith Case. Also, the "new song" is called "Your Petty Pretty Things". They've got a recording of it up on the Daytrotter site, check that out if you haven't yet http://www.daytrotter.com/dt/the-get-up-kids-concert/20030982-7400.html
edit: I didn't see you had Petty Pretty Things on the TLA setlist. They did play it at the troc too. I saw the setlist, I may not be remembering it accurately, it had two new songs on it, but I think they played 3. Either way Petty Pretty Things was one of them.

TLA show > Troc show. Both still great though.
Did they do something to the TLA stage? It seemed lower to me. Maybe I just haven't been there in a while.

What made the TLA show better? I had tickets to both but could only make it to the Troc show (and ended up with 3 unused tickets that I just left at the will call window)

I'm just not as big of a fan of Guilt Show, and they played more off that album that night than at the TLA. Plus I thought the crowd was better.

I really liked Guilt Show so I was happy with the Troc show.

I liked the TLA show a lot better as well. The Troc show had a better crowd for the most part, though.

They played the same set as the TLA show last night.
