Has anyone else seen this movie. Michael Keaton stars as a struggling playwright in 1986 who has been a lifelong Red Sox fan and focuses on their failures to distract himself from his own. The entire movie takes place on the day of game 6 of the 1986 Red Sox/Mets World Series when the Red Sox were up 3 games to 2 and winning in the 9th inning when Buckner let the ground ball go through his legs to cost them the game and the World Series. He has his first play opening on Broadway that night but ends up at a bar instead watching the game and having his heart broken by the Sox once again.

It's an amazing movie that I hadn't heard of, but I watched it yesterday and it's my new favorite movie.

I got it from Netflix. It's definitely worth it.
