If you still have your balls I would sew it back on. If not just stick with the mangina. You will probably get more with the mangina anyway

ya im forced to stick with the mangina. i tried to staple the penis back on but it fell IN to the mangina and got lost somewhere in my large intestine. So now it's gone forever.
