scalpers

at shows you people attend, are there usually scalpers?

edit* but people around here usually wait to buy tickets at the door so usually a show doesnt sell out before hand unless its some crazy ass tour.

at a sold at show there should definately be some scalpers, you might make sure you show up at least a little early so you can catch the ones who are just trying to get rid of their extra tickets and not the **** who know you don't have any other way to get a ticket and try to con you

the trick to scalping is to sell a sticker (for example) at some ridiculously marked up price and give them a free ticket for their purchase ;)

i actually had to find out what the law was regarding scalping because i was selling some Final Four tickets. in most places, (including Atlanta and Dallas ), its only illegal to sell them at a higher price within a half mile of the venue. thats why people can legally sell tickets on ebay

i was there.
it was too crowded to enjoy it though.
i liked it WAY better a year ago when tbs played armory high downtown with onelinedrawing to about 40 people. atleast then i wasn't sweating my balls off.

i don't like coheed but their cover of iron maiden - the trooper was sick.
