the video is .....ok, i guess. Cool effects and cute girl. But that song just isn't upto par. I hope the song he did with Adam from Counting Crows is a little more credible. Good luck with the album. I probably won't be purchasing if all the songs are around that caliber...

It's a cool song, but I was expecting a lot more.

wow - dumb video. I voted "hated it" cos it was pretty shallow and done-before. so - he's all deep now cos he asks his one-night-stand to stay? i don't get it.

WHAT? to each his own i guess, but this song is amazing in my opinion. The newer sound (Vindicated/Don't Wait) is a much more full sound (kind of more rock) ...its just natural progression and I think it sounds amazing! I cant wait for this album!..

Also I thought the video was good because it shows us how "life can pass us by" if we just sit around and bleed in our own agony over losing someone like that....

just my 2 cents

The video reminded me of Coldplay's The Scientist video, which I think is a really cool video. But for some reason this one didn't have that cool of a feel.

I actually like "Don't Wait". My wife downloaded it off of Itunes, lucky her!

Surprised this album hasn't leaked yet, with the release not that far away.

i love the video. im not a HUGE fan of the song though...i think its the production though. the vocals just sound really "fake" im expecting a production masterpiece coming from a producer with such high creds, but the song itself sounds unmastered times a hundred.

didnt u see him do it live on AOL Sessions? It basically sounded like the record..so i dont know if its that over produced...

Is it just me or does this video feel like about 10 other ones over the past 5 years or so? It may just be the lighting and setting of the room, but it seemed very similar to "Warning" by Incubus.

Loved it. There's something about this song... I dunno. It's simple as hell, but it's really powerful. Chris Carrabba will always remain one of the most important figures in our little scene... the impact that he's had is pretty incredible.

I was really excited about this song when I just heard the sample, but hearing the whole song is kind of dissapointing. 'So Long, So Long' is the song with Adam Duritz and it's a fucking amazing song, it was available for download on the website forever. They played it when I saw them like a year or two ago. Anyway, I am excited for this CD, I've waited too damn long for new Dashboard.

personally, i thought the song was great, and that the music vid was okay. dashboard confessional has and always will be my fave band. chris with his amazing lyrics, guitar skills and perfect voice is like a triple threat that you only get to see so many times.
im just sorta disappointed, that his old stuff doesn't seem to be coming out in his new album i mean. i miss them the most and i seriously hope they won't disappear forever.
