Does anyone else listen to the gallows?

There was so much hype about them and I was like "okay I'll give them a listen they must be good" and then just as I thought that Belly Of A Shark came on and I just kind of laughed for three minutes at how they're getting all this hype when they're just an awful, awful attempt at ETID

I saw them the other night when they opened for AFI. Honestly, they were probably one of the top 3 worst bands I have ever had the displeasure of seeing live. It was terrible. Say what you want about AFI but Davey can sing, and I don't think I heard one word sung by the Gallows. Their lead singer yelled at a microphone, did a shitload of stage dives, jumped around a lot, and that was about it. This band sucks

and about Gallows, I used to be a hugeee fan and then I grew out of them. They're the most cliche hardcore punk band ever.

Also I love how they claim to not give a fuck and all that when for magazine shoots they have fashion designers help them decide what to wear and pick stuff out for them.

I could never get into this band besides the song "Orchestra of Wolves." I did find a band called "The Ghost of a Thousand" which is similar to Gallows but muuuuuuuuuuuch better.

read some interviews with frank, he has always said he'll do whatever it takes to make money out of his music. he loves playing it but if he can make a fortune out of people because of it, he says he'll do it. what's more punk than making abrasive music and making money out of it?

they're a great live band. don't really understand the hate.

I don't think I've ever seen or heard an actual punk band try and sing. Gallows are an okay band, nothing overly special though like some people wanted us to believe with the debut
