Ranch dressing is a ridiculous, stupid condiment to put on a burger. Mayo+Ketchup+Mustard all the way.
An interesting variation is the Onion Ring + BBQ sauce + Cheddar + Mushroom. Used to be called the Rodeo burger at BK.

I tried voting without checking any boxes but it wouldn't let me. I like bun-burger-bun!
If I'm getting toppings on it it has to have blue cheese, and then whatever else is fine.
BBQ Sauce and a slice of pineapple is pretty good.
I also like onion rings, or those onion-ring-shred things.
Provided that a standard burger should have lettuce on it but since we only have 1 vote I'm surprised people choose a vegetable topping over other choices. For quite awhile I don't order onions on my subs or burgers anymore because I'm afraid of stinky breath. But I absolutely love the spread In-N-Out put in their burgers

Onion (small ring or two)
Banana Peppers

I was busy elsewhere. But you still asked a dumb question, since I had already addressed the matter in the very first post.
I said "burger" in the topic, because quite frankly, I don't care if you have cheese on it or not. As I said, you order a Cheeseburger with the toppings I provided, or a Hamburger with toppings I provided. Cheese is not a topping on a Cheeseburger, its part of the cheeseburger. You don't order a LettuceMustardBurger with Cheese.

So, I tried it. My girlfriend thinks you are just fucking with me so I put peanut butter on a burger. But I still tried it. I didn't really taste a difference. The only thing different about it was the one thing that peanut butter does, make your mouth dry. It didn't make it too dry but you knew it was happening. I didn't hate it, but I probably won't try it again. Now since we're talking about food that shouldn't go together but tastes good, grab two tortilla wraps, put some fluff and shredded cheese on it, microwave it for about 30-45 seconds. It is great.

It wasn't a dumb question. I think it's perfectly legitimate to ask why cole slaw was an option. And I will agree that cheese is part of a cheeseburger therefore not a topping, but as you may have noticed, quite a few people wrote cheese in their posts because you didn't give them the option to check it. You made a poll for toppings on a burger, you didn't specify if it had cheese or not on it already. A bunch of people here, like cheese on their burger. Others don't. The others, probably wouldn't have checked off cheese had it been an option. I'm not saying that you should care about a stupid ap.net poll, but at least give all the available options for it if you want it to be correct. I still think just putting burger, could mean either or. Therefore not giving a proper......tally I think is the word I'm looking for.

Cole slaw is in the poll because I made the poll and I wanted to include cole slaw. Case solved, case closed.

I addressed why cheese wasn't in the poll in the very opening post regarding the poll. The people that said something about cheese in their post probably didn't take the time to read what I wrote when I started the poll, therefore I can't really find a reason to grant them the courtesy of caring what they have to say about cheese.
I'm not saying that you should care about a stupid ap.net poll, but at least give all the available options for it if you want it to be correct.
I didn't feel like making two separate polls for hamburgers and cheeseburger. I think I did a fair enough job explaining why cheese was not an option (for those that actually took the time to read and comprehend what I said). Regardless, I don't think I ruined anyones appetite for burgers (cheese or not) with this poll. So I'm not that concerned.
I still think just putting burger, could mean either or. .
Finally. You got it. It means either/or. It doesn't matter, to me (the creator of this poll), whether or not you prefer cheese on your cheeseburger, or no cheese on your hamburger. I just wanted to know what toppings AP users prefer on their ham and/or cheese burgers.

You really put cole slaw on a burger? Like I'm not knocking it or anything, if you like it and all that's cool, but that just seems weird. But that could be because I'm not big on cole slaw.
You didn't have to make two separate polls. I was just saying that people here are describing what they like to eat on their burger. A bunch like cheese, a bunch don't. Maybe someone's "perfect" burger needs cheese, maybe they can live without it, whatever. Even though you think it's a moot point, I think it's legitimate to have put cheese on the poll. But I guess we can just agree to disagree about it cause this argument really isn't going anywhere. Did you have a limited number of slots to put in your choices? I've never made a poll here so I don't know how it works. It would make sense if you only had so many spots and couldn't fit everything.
