I'm ready to talk NFL, but then again i'm always ready to talk NFL.
Does anyone belive Seattle will have the Super Bowl slump year?

Who are everyones favorite teams and most hated teams?
Mines obviously Carolina:) and then Tampa Bay>:(
But alot of times Tampa is a pushover anyway so they arent much of rivals. Atlanta is though, they can give us alot of trouble...except last year of course.

Lets get some talking going on some NFL actionnnnnnnnn.

probably because the season doenst start for another 3 months

im a diehard dolphins fan, but carolina is my 2nd favorite team. steve smith and julius peppers are 2 of my 3 fave players that arent dolphins (chad johnson is the other )

but shouldnt you be worried about the canes in the FINALS?! sheesh....

carolina will be better.

the d will be much stronger than last year and steve smith is going to open things for other receivers to get open.

i dont think they will win though.

the nfc east is stacked beyond belief though.

nope. ever since we cut Shaun King i don't care who's QB. i mean, only winning teams have a QB battle of Kitna/McCown/King, right?

This franchise sucks, which is probably the reason i prefer college football over pro football. my friend said "lions go 8-8 at worst this season" i was like, yeah fucking right.

I hope we go 2-14 and get brady quinn next year. that's all i'm watching the Lions for.

not to mention keyshawn is gonna help open things up for steve smith. that could be a deadly combination. or it could backfire. i think it'll do more good than harm though.

the east is ridiculous. i wouldn't be surprised if the nfc champ comes out of that division. but as of now, i'd say the favorite in the nfc is carolina or seattle. i'm leaning toward carolina, but seattle hasn't gotten any worse, so it's hard to take anything away from them. so, i think it's between those to as to who loses to the steelers in the super bowl.

hes got a decent arm.

the fact is...he was never given a line.

he was given underachieving receivers and an rb who is never fully healthy.

he was doomed to fail there.

martin isnt getting younger. you just lost chrebet...the jets are getting old. pennington was supposed to be the new age. all he has done is get hurt.

^both of these are very true. He's a good backup but i don't think he's a starter in this league. he's got a decent arm but is very tenative in the pocket and quick to check down. but that comes with always running for his life every sunday for 4 years.

i honestly think the middle first round picks are the best.

they dont have the pressure of the first couple guys. and they are going to a decent team. he may be able to be on the bench one year and learn a lot...instead of the guys who crumble under the pressure.

You're a moron.

Dude is going to be thirty years old this season, and has yet to start an entire year.

He's had ONE good year. 2002.

He throws the weakest ball in the history of the NFL. You think two major surgeries on his throwing shoulder is going to help that?

And after to hissy fit he threw when they asked him to take a paycut, he can go fuck himself. Until he shows me something, I don't even want him on the team. I'll take fucking Ramsey over that asshole.

I'm not convinced that Culpepper will be the savior there. Until he proves he can do it without a flyer like Moss, i'm skeptical.

but it's definitely and upgrade from whatever bum was in there.

wasnt herms fault the jets sucked this past year.

yes he is a rather overrated coach but it is not his fault your qb is frail and that martin is getting old.

you should have traded for a quick rb to compensate for martins shortcomings.

chris chambers and randy moss play very similiar, so be careful with that.

Jets could have won a couple more games this year if it weren't for Herm (not that it would have been a good thing if they did). Herm is a great coach Monday through Saturday, maybe the best in the league. But you don't want to see him on the sidelines on a Sunday.

The Jets didn't have enough money to trade for or sign a decent RB. They're going to have to suck it up for a year and go with the Martin/Blaylock tandem.

yeah, it's possible. I mean, i don't catch many dolphins games since they haven't been good i don't get them up here. but he still has to prove it to me.

actually he just has to prove to me that he can come back from that injury first, that was nasty.

I hope it works out for them though, i like zach thomas.

yeah i remember seeing that game when he got injured, and thinking hes never going to be the same player. hopefully im wrong though.

im scared SHITLESS of opening the season thursday night in pittsburgh with joey harrington at QB.

and yea, fuck brian urlacher. zach thomas has been the 2nd best LB in the league behind ray lewis over the past 10 years or so

this is the month when your first glimpse of the new rookie...or the big pick up you made in free agency.

june is an important month.

then july is the actual camp. then august is preseason. so i feel it is ok to talk about football anyway.

Joey's not a bum. The o-line, WRs, coaching staff, GM, Owner, coaching schemes/play calling all were in his 4 years here. He's a solid backup but never a starter. But he's not as bad as the lions team made him look.
