This site is good as well, but you have to download different video players depending. It's worked well though, and usually provides you with more than one link.

They usually provide you with a couple of links. You have to download players for some of them. Maybe most of them, but it's worth it in the end, since it provides you with more than one link. Has yet to dissapoint me.
