Great alt-country band from Raleigh, North Carolina. Their new album, Dances for the Lonely (featuring Caitlin Cary), is definitely recommended.

I'm not really a fan of the band name haha, but I love their music so it doesn't really matter.

hahah.... in my head, the 'name' was more of a reference to the OP. ;-) He makes some pretty legit threads on here.

Good band from what I've heard. I downloaded that album last night but have yet to listen to it in full.

maybe i'll catch them live at some point.
They put on a hell of a fun show. Started off kinda slow, but after a few shots and a few songs BJ settled into it and his voice got much better. They played a good mix of songs from their older albums and a few new ones off their upcoming album. He said they are planning to get the album out in Spring next year but it depends on their label.

just read a nice little write up in the local weekly alternative paper, pretty cool. always forget about this band, and they play 'round these parts quite often too.
