Ok so I don't really know where to fit in this thread...I guess I'll try with in here first and the general one..sooo I'm a senior now...I finish high school in exactly 3 days (finally!) and I have a problem..I have no clue of what to do in my future whatsoever...I still have to enroll in a university here in Milan and I've been to a crapload of uni open days or whatever they're called and nope, no lightbulb for me yet...Let's say I'm kinda oriented in business right now, which I would do in English instead of Italian..
now, here's what I would LOVE to do..I would like to work in the music industry...you know, music managemente or something like that...Not knowing anything at all about this "world" doesn't really help me at all, I know...but I really don't know who to ask! I'm hopeless, I guess...
Anyone, help? please? I just want to know what kind of studies I should take in university..I guessed business would be a good start, no? And how do you get in the "biz"?

Another job I would love to do is a professional band photographer (I don't know if that's the right term..I kinda translated it literally) too bad I've no professional experience in that environment..but hey you can always learn, right?

Ok i'm done...please please please somebody give me a serious answer! I'm expecting a lot of replies like "oh shut up" "stop daydreaming and work your ass off" "who cares about you" etc etc...But I'm still hoping someone will give me just a little piece of advice..

thank-you

some schools here in the states actually have music management as majors, syracuse comes to mind...definitely take business classes but above all you have to intern at a record company and network yourself, the business is all about who you know
