I understand that bands will re-release a cd with some bonus songs and a dvd, but i was wondering how other people felt about the new MCS re-release with a "golden ticket" inside? MCS is one of my favorite bands and "commit this to memory" was a terrific album, but the "golden ticket" thing bothered me and I was wondering if I was alone. It just seems like a very major label, hilary duff/good charlotte thing to do.

Who the fuck wants to look like a tool and go on stage as part of a contest? No one at the show will like you. In fact, everyone will want to kill you.

Im gonna buy it although I already have the CD. There one of my favourite bands and it'll be worth it for the 3 hours + of dvd coverage.

'Invisible Monsters' is the new, bonus song on that CD. its pretty sweet.

its available on Bearshare/Limewire/Whatev.

it is slightly better than a barrle of monkeys tho.

that song had leaked before the album even...its definitely not "new". When you hear it, you know why it wasn't on the album, it doesn't flow with it. But, that alone isn't a reason to buy the re-release

maybe i should have omitted the word "new" or possibly added the word "to the average shmuck" to the end of "new".

of course its not a reason to buy anything- having a bonus song is nice though.to download.

I agree it sounds like it was made for I Am The Movie. I'll probably end up buying the re-release.
