in no way does this ruling come close to legalizing, or spreading child pornography.
someone else has already said this, but the case itself is about r kelly allegedly having sex with an underage girl; and he videotaped it. now, as evidence, that videotape is now going to be shown in the courtroom, during the trial. no cameras are allowed in the courtroom, so unless you go to that courtroom, with the intent of seeing the video, this child pornography will not be spread.
