Dude, I just had to go to a presentation for Laurel Oaks yesterday. And I'm really into Fleet Foxes, Grizzly Bear, Animal Collective, Panda Bear, Radiohead, and others like them. I would have agreed with you on Schuylar if it wasn't for his live singing. He is so amazing creative melody and lyric wise, and the way he uses his voice, but live he just dont cut it. His stage presence is fucking amazing, but u gotta admit that he has trouble hitting the high notes and gets raspy really quick.

yeah I agree with you about his live stuff. I have seen a few videos of songs he owns on but when I saw him live for myself he seemed to be straining a bunch. He does have an awesome voice!!! He can reach those high notes! Nice to know someone agrees. Brandon Rocks!!!

Others I would mention are Christian Guerrero and Daniel Rinaldi who are both ex singers for Bedlight For BlueEyes. Christian had this amazing voice and when he left I didn't think they'd get someone as good as him, or even come close to him, but I was wrong. Daniel had a higher range and his voice, though not distinctive, was soothing and nice to hear. Sucks this band is no longer active. Great band.

Travis Weber from Crash Romeo has some nice clean vocals as well.

Notable mentions:

Aled Phillips - Kids In Glass Houses
Aaron Marsh - Copeland
Paul McGuire - Karate High School
Kyle Pavone - We Came As Romans
Kyle Tamosaitis - Burden Of A Day

Correction (in Rafiki's voice): Dallas Green's seminal work had a significant bearing on Western art as a whole, especially on Drake despite the anachronism. In fact, it struck Nick with such intensity that he was driven to anti-depressants which eventually led to his demise. Thankfully though, he left us a chilling ode to Green in Pink Moon before departing. The songwriting process was so exhaustive, so self-actualizing that Drake subsequently and famously stated "time to gtfo" and offed himself unceremoniously.

Okay. Compare Jeremy from ADTR to the singing in TDWP. The last album from TDWP I listened to was "Plagues". If you're gonna compare Jeremy's singing to that, and call it whining, you got some problems. The singing in TDWP and Attack are little bitchy whines. So please don't compare that to ADTR.

You may not like her music, but seriously you can't deny her amazing vocal skills.
In terms of singers, she is pretty bad, she doesn't have proper technique at all, she squeaks notes out, it's just annoying half of the time.

Yes, I do see your point, she does have bad technique at the moment, but in her prime (in the 90s) she was quite skillfull and had great technique.
