And after I rec Nick Lachey, I'm going with the Fray as well.

Again, more on the pop side really, but they remind me a lot of Acceptance for some reason, though less geniune. They are one of those niche bands for me, where when I'm in the right mood for a more relaxed sound, I listen to them.

Acceptance was exactly who I thought of when I heard them a few weeks ago. I like them a lot, one of my favorite cds of the year on first listen.

"Over My Head (Cable Car)" is one of the catchiest songs I've heard in a while.

although their radio single reminds me of U2 meets Acceptance...so, it's fun to imagine taht comparison.

My girlfriend really liked them, and I took the chance on them, I like it

"How To Save A Life" is such a good song. I first heard it on Scrubs and then had to go look up who it was by.

Oh, defintely.

"How to Save a Life" is another incredible one and as mentioned above, was featured on SCRUBS perfectly.

http://www.purevolume.com/thefray Yes.

The first time I heard The Fray was on someone's myspace. I thought it was some really catchy pop in the vein of Acceptance, but just didn't have the spark that makes Acceptance one of my favorite bands.

The singer has a perfect voice though, it's a sort of combination of Jason Vena and Nate Ruess.

combo of radio and MTV, both things I rarely ever watch/notice.
