Just going to paste a thread from another forum I go to:

The Download Festival 2006's official website is reporting that Korn will play without their frontman at Download this evening. It has just been confirmed that Korn singer Jonathan Davis is unwell and in the hospital there are currently no details on his condition. Korn will play a shortened 30 minute set.

According to Kerrang Radio Corey Taylor(Slipknot/Stone Sour) has stepped in for Jonathan Davis Today.

Thats all the information known right now. Check back with Korn Unleashed for any updates.

KoRn Unleashed user Yoshi has sent in a review of Korn at the Download Festival.

This year I finally was going to see Korn. No concert in a venue, pity,
but at Download 2006. Man I was freaked... we stood in front of the
main stage all day. About half an hour before Korn was going to start their concert, we noticed rumours were spreading like a virus. People were talking things like “Korn isn’t performing,” and “the show will not be played.” We were about 10 feet from the stage, we could see everything perfectly. We saw these steel things hanging, people running around with "Korn crew" on it. But at the same time more and more people were saying that something was wrong. The whole crowd was quiet. Then we saw David standing on the side, later joined by Munky and Fieldy. They were talking and pointing their fingers at each other, then they came on the stage. David walked up to the microphone and everybody started to cheer...but they didn’t react. And we were close to the stage, the faces on these guys... horrible! Especially Munky, his expression was undescribable. David started with saying "We have a very sad announcement to make, our friend Jonathan [Davis] has been hospitalized, he won’t be able to play for you guys this evening." At this moment people started to shout and scream.

David : “Jonathan told us to go ahead and play for you guys. He told us that if he could, he would come and play for you in a ****ing wheelchair”. Now people started to clap their hands and shouting “Korn, Korn." “But he is truely not able to play this evening. We want to thank all of the Korn fans who came out especially for Korn this night”.

“We will play a shortened set with the help of our good friends”. “We wish him all the best."

In the end Korn thanked every singer in person, the ending was weird. Fieldy was gone, right away. Munky waved at the audience, making so many moves. Watching at the sky, making a prayer sign. Now we knew there’s something bad with Jonathan. Munky pointed at the crowd like 100 times and then putting his fist on his left chest. David thanked the crowd and said the following statement;
"We hope to come back to you guys, we just don’t know when. Thanks for understanding. Korn loves you, guys."

Later that night, Metallica came on. They were not looking happy...no hello, no waving, no nothing. Lars [Ulrich] came up to the mic and said the following;
“You guys heard this shit with Jonathan of Korn? We don’t know exactly what’s going on, but our prayers need to go out to hi. He's in a very bad place right now. We dedicate this Metallica show to Jonathan. Hope everything will be alright."

Hey it's cool to make fun of people who are rumored to be deathly ill, but only because I don't like their band!

damn, not a big fan, but that's pretty sad, especially for Korn fans, which by way are the craziest crowd of people I have ever witnessed at a concert in my life

"Korn frontman Jonathan Davis has been released from the London hospital where he had been receiving treatment for a blood illness since Friday, and plans to return to the United States within the next day or two, The Bakersfield Californian reports. Davis' father, Rick, told the Californian that his son will "remain under close medical attention. He'll probably go directly to a medical facility." British doctors diagnosed Davis with immune thrombocytopenic purpura, an autoimmune disorder in which a low blood-platelet count prohibits the blood from clotting as it should. The singer's blood-platelet count fell critically low due to an allergic reaction to a medication he'd been taking. "His spirits have been good through the whole thing, but he appreciates the severity of the disorder and the importance of getting medical attention," said Rick Davis, adding that the rest of Korn are still in London with Davis and will be on the same flight with him when he returns. "They said they 'would not leave their brother behind.' "

Yeah me too, but I really hope it causes some horrible realization in him that the music he takes part in is really shitty.
