Sorry about that. A link was going to follow my comment, but I can't find one yet. Basically he flaunted around on stage while pushing a guy's face into his crotch three or four times. Stuck his hand around a woman's crotch, and made out with a guy all within a matter of 2/3 minutes. It was quite a site.

Well if you removed your head from your ass you would see that LP is a musician. A drummer. And doing what he loves for someone that could collectively get him some money, because you know he is a person, he can play to huge crowds that Yellowcard was not capable of drawing, and have a great time . But yeah I don't get it either

While I don't agree with the tone you wrote this in, I will at least agree that LP is probably drumming for Adam Lambert to pay the bills. Drumming seems to be his passion, and if he can get paid a substantial amount more to drum then why not do it? Even if it is for an artist like Adam Lambert.

My point wasn't that Lambert can't sing or doesn't have stage presence. He is obviously an extraordinary singer, and he has great presence on stage. Maybe I shouldn't have used the word "artist" in my post. My point is that being in a band that started from the ground up to build a fan base then leaving that band to bank in is usually looked at as "selling out". I was merely defending LP's decision to go from a respected pop-punk band to drumming for a glam-rock diva like Adam Lambert. We don't know the situation on how he left Yellowcard, but he is a talented drummer and went where he could make some cash to do what he loved. I just don't see a problem with that.

I was excited for his performance but it didn't deliver. Too much shock value for the sake of being shock value and you could predict it was going to happen with the way ABC was hyping it up as something you would talk about the next day. Seems like it's true as it's being talked about everywhere. His vocals were off because of how active he had to be. Love the album though.

Such a blatant publicity stunt. Instead dude's hiding behind the "in was in the moment" excuse with the knowledge that calling him out is a double standard. Which he'd be right on, but still doesn't change the fact that he couldn't let the music speak for itself.

LP left Yellowcard a long time ago, hence their final tour being acoustic. He's been in a couple of other bands since, but agreed, I wouldn't call it selling out, as much as a smart decision. Dude's a drummer at heart...he's gonna do what he loves, and if he can make bank doing it, more power to him.

Really, he is a musician, a drummer? No way. I never knew that. All I'm saying is that when you have the skills that he has, I don't understand why you would want to play for a solo musician like that, when you could easily play for any band that needs a drummer.

So I think we have all concluded his performance was beyond strange.. now lets discuss his new album, "For Your Entertainment."

I downloaded it today just out of mere curiosity, and just finished it.. I must say, with the exception of 'Whatya Want From Me', the album was atrocious and sounded like a bad male version of Britney Spears. Utterly unoriginal and disappointing.
