Smartpunk.com problems...

For those of you who have ordered from Smartpunk.com, have you ever had any problems with orders? I placed an order yesterday and no one has even sent me an email or responded to me yet. So far, I'm not feeling their customer service. I also don't like their shady security for ordering too.

I've only ordered from them a couple of times, but I never had a problem. Did you try calling customer service, or just e-mailing them?

Yea, i was just wondering because usually I order from Interpunk, which is an excellent site, but this time around they didn't have what I was looking for...smartpunk did.

Smartpunk doesn't usually send out e-mails confirming purchases or anything like that. The only time I have ever gotten an e-mail from them is if something isn't in stock or something will be shipping out later then planned. Overall I have always had good experiences with Smartpunk.

Smartpunk's customer service takes a day or two, but they get to you.

Still, Interpunk > Smartpunk.

i am still waiting for my head automatica preorder... this is fucking bullshit. they better of not gave away my autographed poster since that is the only reason why i did the preorder. i will not do businuess with them again.

i think smartpunk has excellent service, and I have never been happier with an online retailer. This happened to me last week when I ordered and they didnt send me a confirmation, however I got the goods two days after i ordered and all in fine condition. In fact, i ordered the head automatica and they gave me a poster that was signed lol, so adeniz19, i may have yours lol because i knew nothing about it hahahaha. but seriously, id be mad too.
