AFI Dominates Billboard Charts; Myspace

Moreover, they received the first ever MySpace (http://www.myspace.com) Award, which is given to a band who receives 500,000 plays in one day. The Miss Murder chorus sounds like it was lifted straight from Green Day's last record, the biggest rock record since the Killers' Hot Fuss. It's not really suprising that it would take off. The record sounds a lot better than the last one (the choruses were so thin), but the "les paul pop punk w/ a chanty chorus" thing is gonna get played out really fast.
