According to the Militia Group (http://www.themilitiagroup.com/) newsletter, Copeland (http://www.absolutepunk.net/copeland) is in the studio tracking their upcoming third full-length record. The record is named Elegance for Transience, and is produced by Matt Goldman with a scheduled release on October 31st (http://www.absolutepunk.net/calendar.php?do=getinfo&e=858&day=2006-10-31).

I thoroughly enjoy all their albums, but think they sounds like garbage live.

I thoroughly enjoy all their albums, but think they sounds like garbage live.You might want to give them another shot. The first time I saw them on the tour with Lovedrug/Acceptance, they were horrible mostly because Aaron was sick.

When I saw them headlining, they blew me away - Aaron hit every note - including the high, long one in "Love Is a Fast Song." :)

I thoroughly enjoy all their albums, but think they sounds like garbage live.

they are dead on live, they just are boring. it may look like garbage, but the sound is fantastic. they just don't do anything on stage, at least in my experiences.

I saw Copeland on the Screaming Is For Babies Tour and even though they didn't do much on-stage, I didn't find them boring at all. They can back up how they sound on cd and Aaron is amazing live. I can't wait for the new album!!!

Wow, this really is great news. Most everyone agrees that BMT is a classic, and contrary to popular belief, i think In Motion was a fantastic record. This one should be good, can't wait.

agreed when aaron doesnt sing he tries to interact a little but they are sick live with love is a fast song, you have my attention, and pin my wings

I was under the impression that just about everyone around here considered In Motion one of their top 10 albums of the year...maybe not.

I'm so excited for this album. As for the haters of their live show, how can you say such a thing? Its always a beautiful experience for me and I've seen them four times.

What do you expect them to do with that type of music?

i never said i didnt enjoy their live show, people above me were complaining about their live show. i enjoy it, i was just saying they are dead on and people dont liek they dont move a lot
