what bands did this is hell spawn from. i know some memebers were in the hiest (then later changed their name to scraps and heart attacks), and some were in the backup plan, but who came from what bands to form this is hell?

The vocalist from the backup plan plays bass, and one of the guitarists from the backup plan plays guitar in this is hell too. that's all i know.
