I'd say batman is a hero, because he is, but technically he needs to have a superpower to be a superhero. Butt-loads of money doesn't really count.

Technically, he is not a super hero. He's just an intensely disciplined person who has some serious psychological issues. But the fact that he doesn't pocess any powers makes him, in my opinion, the most epic superhero of the superheros.

in my opinion, he is a superhero. he can pull off the impossible and beat up 30 people at once with crazy gadgets. He also wears a mask which makes him mysterious.

Also, he has defeated so many bad guys in so many adventures that he is at least a hero
