Are you implying that Steven Seagal was at one point mighty?

He fights crime in his spare time, definition of a super hero.

I saw a commercial for this and almost peed myself from laughing so hard. Best tv show concept ever.

Steven Seagal was the shit back in the day. Watch Hard to Kill. He wrecks all in that movie.

I still don't think he was "mighty." He was an ok action star at best. He's no Swayze in Roadhouse.

Me too, my mom and I always quote that one line "You were expecting somebody else?" when we call each other. Fucking hilarious, and the truth is we were expecting sombody else.

I saw a behind the scenes commercial/preview type thing for this at the movie theater and the whole time, I was wondering when the punchline was coming. I couldn't believe it was serious. I want to watch it for the hilarity that will no doubt ensue.

I never saw that movie, but unfortunately Seagal's later work kind of ruined what he used to be. His early movies still hold up as being pretty bad ass.

this is a great idea , but i'd rather see a reality show about John Claude Van Dam.

I hear you on that. Any suggestions of movies of his that I should see? I'm making a list of movies to watch these days, and would be happy to throw on a recommendation of yours if you have one.

Hard to Kill is his best. or Marked for Death which is just freaky. Or Executive Decision, if you want to see him in the only movie that I know of where he gets killed and it happens near the beginning. Out for Justice or Above the Law are worth checking out too.

Wow, that's a bunch. I'll throw Hard to Kill on the list. I'll let you know what i think afterwards (I've got a bunch of stuff to watch, so I won't be getting back to you super soon, but I will once I see it).

Sweet. I hope you enjoy it. Towards the end there's a scene where Seagal snaps a pool cue in half and rams it through a guys throat. It's a pretty brutal movie, but enjoyable.

This show is now streaming instantly on Netflix and it's absolutely hilarious. He mentions "zen" and his martial arts training at least 12 times per episode.
