that line up owns the US lineup.

my guess is that TBS is the headliner, although it should be Thursday because no one will be able to follow them up.

If this is true, the US got really screwed. I'll holding my bitching until I see a source

Anti-Flag is terribly out of place on this tour.

1. i'm almost positive tbs is the biggest band out of those for australia

2. anti-flag is definitely out of place and shouldn't be playing this tour at all i think

3. the us got COMPLETELY robbed. this tour sounds amazing..the international tours always seem to be better. i'm assuming they are because bands don't tour there as often as they do the united states..but come on senses fail? tbs? thursday?! underoath?! ahh the madness

US was good in my oppinion (TREOS, AILD) even though i didnt go. but thursday, UO, saosin, etc. is a pretty stacked line up in my eyes

tbs, thursday, and underoath

three of my favorite bands.

i would drive 4-5 hours for this.

i didnt know driving from IN to australia was a 5 hour drive :)

Any word on when (at least what month) this is going to happen? I'm moving to New Zealand within the next 2 months, and i may speed up the plans in order to make this show. Incredible line up

EDIT: Frank if you're reading this, the announcement came from:

http://www.frontiertouring.com.au/artists/TOC06/

Which also has the dates, if you want to post those as well. Would be nice if people had the common sense to include all pertinent information when they submitted news.

meh...i'll take deftones, thrice, and TREOS over a "stacked" lineup of primarily overhyped bands anyday. there's nothing that special about that lineup other than thursday and underoath.

I saw the tour last year going through Australia, it was Rise Against, Funeral for a friend, story of the year, killswitch engage and the used. I only went for RA and KE and they were wicked, as was ffaf and soty. the used is overrated sheite.
This years tour isn't enough for me (having already seen thursday). Most of those bands are boring (except underoath and i wouldn't mind antiflag)

applesandcyanid
06/18/06, 09:36 AM
Fuck that. Why didn't we get a line up that was this sweet? I hate everything sometimes. The only good bands we had were TREOS, FFAF and Greeley. Two of those weren't even on the main stage and the one who has played first and the shortest set.

larokr
06/18/06, 11:14 AM
I agree with everyone else. This lineup was better than ours. Except we had Thrice.

If those dates are true, then I'm guessing that those bands won't be on the Bamboozle Left.

Man.

This is the best news ever.

New Zealand has been robbed of good bands for the last few years. Thursday in 04 was brilliant but this... whoa.

Buying my Auckland show tickets on the day they come out!
